Sliding Vane Pump

Mouvex sliding vane pumps have a number of blades that can freely slide in and out of slots on the rotor.

When the pump rotates, centrifugal forces, mechanical pressure and / or fluid pressure will force the vane outwardly into the slots and form pumping chambers against the housing.

During rotation, the liquid will be forced through the housing to the outlet. The wings are self-adjusting against mechanical wear and maintain capacity over time.

The sliding vane pumps can be supplied in plastic or metal. This sliding vane pump is self-priming and well suited for viscous liquids, also non-lubricating, abrasive and corrosive.

This sliding vane pump can be supplied with single / double seal, sealing-free designs without the use of magnetic drive are also available.
