Wanner Hydra-Cell T100 is a sealless high pressure pump for demanding applications. It can pump aggressive chemicals, fluids with particles and fluids with very high viscosity. Hydra-Cell T100 sealless high pressure pump can be certified for API 674.

The Hydra-Cell T100 is a sealless diaphragm pump, that means that there is zero leakage, unlike conventional pumps. This makes it suitable for pumping dangerous chemicals and other aggressive liquids. Pump housing, diaphragms and seals can be delivered in several different materials, which makes the Hydra-Cell T100 compatible with almost any chemical application in the industry. Hydra-Cell T100 sealless high pressure pump has considerably higher capacity than the G-series, but lower capacity than Q155 and T200.

Just like the other pumps in the T-series, the T100 comes in different configurations that can deliver either higher pressure or higher capacity:

T100S: 345 Bar, 98 l/min

T100M: 241 Bar, 144 l/min

T100K: 207 Bar, 170 l/min

T100H: 145 Bar, 258 l/min

T100F: 128 Bar, 290 l/min

T100E: 103 Bar, 366 l/min

Many of our customers choose Hydra-Cell pumps due the low maintenance cost. Due to Hydra-Cell's unique technology the plungers have a mean time between service of over 10 years.

Maintenance is limited to replacing valves, diaphragms and oil while competing manufacturers often have to replace the plungers. For a three year maintenance estimate the Hydra-Cell T100 sealless high pressure pump can have as little as one seventh of the maintenance cost compare to a conventional plunger pump.
