High capacity diaphragm pump

T200 is the largest pump from Wanner Hydra-Cell. The principles are the same as the as the smaller models T100 and Q155.

T200 High capacity diaphragm pump uses both plungers and diaphragms, unlike conventional plunger pump design where the pump medium is in direct contact with the plungers. With Hydra-Cell's unique technology the plungers are only in contact with the internal oil of the pump, this gives the plungers optimal working conditions. Because of this the pump can work continuously for over 10 years before you need to service the plungers.

In T200 High capacity diaphragm pump it is only the diaphragms that are in contact with the medium. You can choose diaphragm and valve material, as well as pump housing from several different materials. This gives the T200 High capacity diaphragm pump very good chemical compatibility. Low maintenance and operational costs are one of the most important benefits of Wanner Hydra-Cell's technology.

Regular maintenance consists of replacing oil, membranes and valves. All service parts are easily accessible on the T200 High capacity diaphragm pump, there is no need to remove the pump from the system during regular service. One sensational benefit of Wanner Hydra-Cell's technology is that the T200 High Capacity Diaphragm Pump can run dry indefinitely.

This means that there are several situations where a conventional pump would break down where the T200 High Capacity Diaphragm Pump will keep going like nothing happened. One of the benefits of the T200 High capacity diaphragm pump is that it is sealless. That means that it does not have a stuffing box or a mechanical seal. Compression packing must have some leakage and a mechanical seal will have minimal leakage, while the T200 High capacity diaphragm pump has absolutely no leakage.

This makes it suitable for applications pumping hazardous mediums or in an application where very low emission is required. The T200 High capacity diaphragm pump can handle liquids with abrasive particles better than conventional pumps since the pump medium is in contact with the diaphragm, not the plunger. The diaphragms are hydraulically balanced, so they can handle very high pressure without stressing the diaphragms.

The T200 High capacity diaphragm pump comes in two different configurations:

• T200M: 241 Bar, 321 l/min
• T200K: 207 Bar, 359 l/min

Pump housing is available in Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NAB), Duplex Alloy 2205, 316L Stainless Steel or Hastelloy CX2M.

Diaphragms and seals are available in FKM or Buna-N.
