Sealing tape

A high-performance sealing tape from 800 series. This is a high density dry PTFE tear resistant tape is chemically inert and can be used to seal a wide range of materials such as plastic, metal, bolts and pipes. It seals all plumbing and most industrial piping threads. Furthermore, this tear resistant tape is acceptable for oxygen use and can also be used with a wide range of liquids and gases.

This heavy duty sealing tape contains more PTFE per inch than almost any other existing thread sealing tape. As a result, the tape is highly flexible and moldable providing you with a superior product that can be used on many applications. It easily adjusts fittings without any leakage.

As the heavy duty tape is so moldable it requires less wraps to seal tightly. You will only need 1 to 1 ½ rounds. Usually one thickness will be enough to fill any void and to seal effectively. Not only does this PTFE sealing tape get the job done so quickly, but because of its flexibility it will also let you re-open it without much effort. Unlike most other types of heavy duty tape this particular PTFE sealing tape does not harden with time, and it will stay pliable without breaking.

Therefore, the product will last longer, compared to other similar products. This tear resistant tape can be used in a wide scale of temperatures, from -240℃ up to 260℃. The PTFE sealing tape is surely the one to trust to get the job done properly the first time.
