With an increased service life due to it's ability to absorb more PTFE blockings agents then regular industrial packing. It's construction keeps the blocking agents inside the centrifugal pump packing, which helps keep its density to prevent wicking during proper installation and maintenance.

A special formulated break-in lubricant will help prevent failure at start-up and keep maintaing lubrication during it's service time. It's low friction will prevent wear and tear on your equipment and reduce power consumption. This synthetic PTFE mechanical packing is recommended for use in pumps and valves.

This centrifugal pump packing has a temperature limit of 230°C. The mechanical packing from 412-w series will tolerate shaft speeds up to 2000 fpm with a chemical resistance of pH 4-10.
