Submersible electric vortex pump

Thanks to its asynchronous threephase squirrel motor, cage type and an insulation class H up to 180°C, this subersible vortex pump can be used in many applicvations. The motor is cooled by surrounding liquid, and the protection degree of this vortex pump is IP 68.

The subersible pump from this series is maintenance free, thanks to overdimensioned ball bearings and long life lubricants.

This submersible electric pump has two types of seals for a perfect insulation between the electric motor and the pumped liquid.

Different materials are used for this vortex pump like graphite/ceramic for the upper seal and silicon carbide, mechanical for the lower seal.

Impellers are projected in order to guarantee and assure an high hydraulic efficiency and low power consumption for this vortex pump, they have big inter-blades and diffuser free passages, minimum blades number, special blades design, especially diffusers water-cutter blades designed to avoid filamentous materials catching.

The motor of this submersible electric vortex pump is projected for continuous or intermittent operation, with a maximum of 15 starts per hour at regular intervals he is also projected for working with 5% maximum voltage unbalance between phases.
