This new technology from the Italian company Rotomec is a sewage pump that is perfectly suited for applications in industrial plants, cleaning and food treatment as well as sewage plants, zootechnical sewage and rainwater.

The BT series of Rotomec also comes with high-tech control units that can signal overheating, using thermal sensors (Klixon) and infiltration sensors located inside the chamber. The reduced shaft and the mechanically locked lower bearing enable a strong and compact support, which results in a submersible electric pump with long life and reliability.

 Rotomec submersible electric pumps are available for several flow rates, from DN 80 and up to DN 300. This submersible electric pump has a self-cleaning diffuser and open two-channel impeller that makes the pump efficient in operation, here it is also possible to integrate a cutting diffuser (Chopper version ). The cooling system consists of an asynchronous three-phase motor with cooling through the surrounding liquid. This sewage pump has a service factor S1 with a fully submerged motor. The motor insulation is class F-H; IP 68 -protected with maximum liquid temperature of 40 ° C. Our submersible electronic pumps consist of cast iron GG25 with shaft in S.S. AISI 420. The Rotomec BT series has an impeller and a diffuser in cast iron GS500, with extra hardening treatment for helicopter version. For dry installations, we offer an integrated impeller that is suitable for several applications, the sewage pumps from Rotomec have a cooling system with forced circulation of coolant with power from 22 kW. Furthermore, double mechanical seals in oil baths ensure lubrication and cooling with materials in silicon carbide SIC / SIC on the side seal, as well as the motor side seal in graphite / alumina.
