Stainless steel pump

Do you need a stainless steel pump? The CS series are high quality pumps made in Italy. These pumps can be delivered in hygienic version. The pumps are available in many different versions, ranging from standard centrifugal stainless steel pump to self-priming hygienic version. The pumps can be used in everything from food production to pharmaceutical production. The pumps are also used in fish processing on board fishing boats.

Capacity of the pumps varies and stainless steel pump with capacity up to 500m3 / h and with lifting height up to 100m can be found. The pumps can be delivered with encapsulated motor for hygienic application.

The pumps are levered with a hygienic coupling from the factory, type Din 11851, most commonly called dairy coupling.

You can also get air-driven hygienic pump from the factory. Stainless steel pump as standard, with a wide range of elastometers. These pumps are perfect for emptying dishes and containers. The pumps can also be delivered as centrifugal multi-stage pumps with high lifting height. Hygienic certification is not available for this pump.

The factory has over 600 different pumps especially for the food, pharmaceutical and beverage industry. Some of the versions can also be delivered in haselloy or superduplex. These pumps will then fit perfectly in aggressive environments. Impellers are available in spiral, closed, open and turbine versions. The spiral version is most used to transport pickled fruit, while the turbine version is used in liquid applications.

Versions with EHEDG authentication are delivered with less than 0.8 micron surface. All pumps are easy to disassemble and maintain. The impeller can be inspected easily by unscrewing the front lid without the use of special tools.
