DH & DDH BB2 Type API 610 centrifugal pump

Gabbioneta Pumps^® DH and DDH process pumps, built for reliable service and easy maintenance, offer operational flexibility and stability in high temperatures. The DH & DDH range Gabbioneta Pumps^® are heavy-duty, horizontal, between bearings, two stage pumps with radial split casing.

Two single suction back to back impellers for DH or a double suction first stage impeller, plus a second stage with balancing drum for DDH, assure adequate axial thrust balance and allow the acceptance any type of balanced mechanical seals, in accordance with the API 682 standard.

A2P &A2PD BB2 Type API 610 centrifugal pump

Termomeccanica Pompe A2P & A2PD pumps are between bearings, radially split, two stage, and double volute heavy duty process pumps, centreline mounted for high temperature, high pressure services. Top-top nozzles are standard, but side-top or side-side nozzles are available upon request. On A2P models, the two single suction impellers with back-to-back arrangement compensate for axial hydraulic loads. A2PD models have a first stage double suction impeller for low NPSH applications.

DP BB2 Type API 610 centrifugal pump

Termomeccanica Pompe DP pumps are between bearings, radially split, single stage, with a double suction impeller and double volute.
DP pumps are heavy duty process pumps, centreline mounted for high temperature, high pressure services. Nozzles are top-top but side-side, bottom-side, and side-top options are available upon request. The double volute casing reduces radial hydraulic thrust while the double cover design allows easy access for maintenance. On the largest sizes, a single cover solution is adopted.

DSA BB2 Type API 610 centrifugal pump

Gabbioneta^® DSA Pumps offer axial balance, proven reliability, and easy maintenance in the toughest conditions, including temperatures over 120°C. The DSA Gabbioneta Pumps^® are horizontal, between bearings, with radial split casing and a double suction impeller. A wide range of sizes, various arrangements of suction and discharge nozzles, and three bearings arrangements are available.
