NOTOS API is especially designed for O&G applications. Amongst other demands, this multi screw pump meets the requirements for API 676. The NOTOS screw pump is available in thre versions: 2NS (two screws) , 3NS (three screws) and 4NS (twin screws). Both API 682 and API 676 is available.
Two and three-screw spindle pumps can be used for lubricating products, as there is metal-to-metal contact between the screws. The gear-type screw spindle pump can also handle non-lubricating products because there is no metal-to-metal contact, and the screws are synchronized with the gears. The 4NS twin screw spindle pump is also used for pumping multiphase gas-liquid in the oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore, up to 99% GVF (gas volume fraction) or even 100% gas when lubricant recycling is present.
