This is a clean, clear and colourless food-grade lubricant that provides continuous film lubrication for mechanical parts and sliding surfaces that are constructed of plastic, rubber or plastic/metal.

Typical applications can be plastic gears, plastic conveyor belts, rollers, rubber gaskets and chains with plastic bushings. As such equipment can be found mostly in the food-processing industry, the lubricant needs to have certain qualities.

First of all, the 660 Silicone Lubricant has a very broad temperature range; -40 degrees Celsius up to 205 degrees Celsius. Secondly it functions as a release agent on top of being very stable and long-lasting. It is also fire-resistant, non-staining and non-toxic.
