Our engineers will also solve any problem related to hydraulic operations of pumps and other rotary equipment. One of our specialties is customizing all types of hydraulic cylinder based on our customers needs.

We customize a hydraulic cylinder based on the application, precise dimensions, pressure and load together with several other important factors. Fuglesangs offer both standard and specially designed single or double- acting cylinders. Most of our designs have 6 or more confiderations. They can also be delivered with adjustable demping and posision indicators. Furthermore, we also have our own functioning concept for quick change of wiper seals.
Our hydraulic cylinders can use both environmentally friendly oils or water-glycol based medias. We specialize in delivering long lasting cylinders, thanks to our focus on advanced co-polymer sealing- technology and self-lubricating carrier straps. Material qualities includes SS 2172, SS 2333 and SS2343. Other qualities can be delivered on request. Coating for offshore, in example crome plating and laser application of Inconel, class certificates (DNV, Lloyds, ABS, etc) are optional additions.
