Chesterton 415 concrete sealer is a fast-acting, high-gloss concrete waterproofer sealer. It is a concrete sealer that gives a polymer coating on the surface it is applied to.

Our concrete coatings reduce dust, deterioration and damage to surfaces such as pavements, walls and concrete floors. Chesterton 415 concrete waterproofer sealer prevents damage caused by climate impact and leaves a glossy and neat surface resistant to mold and bacteria. It is a 1-component special acrylate polymer VOC <600 g / l, containing xylene solution.

Chesterton 415 concrete sealer can be applied to fresh concrete as a curing layer. It forms a moisture-permeable membrane that limits water evaporation from new concrete. It slows down the evaporation rate and thereby prolongs the curing time of the concrete, which contributes to a stronger and smoother construction with using concrete coatings like ours.

You get a concrete sealer which is very easy to apply. Most conventional concrete coatings require the surface to be neutralized and processed prior to application, but this is not necessary when Chesterton 415 concrete waterproofer sealer is used. You only need to clean and degrease before coating, which saves time. It is also a great advantage that you get a concrete coating that is quick-drying.

Under most conditions, the coating is dry and ready for traffic after 3-4 hours. Chesterton 415 Concrete sealer is a solution-based concrete coating designed to provide deep penetration into the concrete pores. It will not damage and flake like other concrete coatings. It protects the surface from salt, alkaline substances and other mild chemicals and eliminates dust emissions that usually occur from concrete floors.

Chesterton 415 concrete sealer protects against water and moisture after curing. The product creates a silky smooth finish that makes it lighter and clean.
