Are you looking for a very efficient valve stem packing for your block valves? This excellent carbon valve stem packing is simple to install and has a superb emissions control over hundreds and thousands cycles.
The valve stem packing series 1600 is cost-effective, single choice, high performance mechanical packing solution which can withstand high temperatures. The construction of this valve stem packing results in a non-hardening, flexible packing that does not shrink and absorbs moisture which also makes it easy to install.
This carbon yarn packing has a superior leakage control and high integrity and is constructed with a passive corrosion inhibitor to prevent valve stem pitting. This will prevent a bad seal and unnecessary downtime on your application. The mechanical packing is also coated with lubricating agents to reduce stem friction.
This mechanical packing is greatly suited for all control and block valves. This carbon yarn packing has a temperature limit of 650°C for steam and 455°C for oxidizing enviroments. Pressure limit for this carbon yarn packing is 8400 psi and has a pH resistance of 0 - 14, except strong oxidizers.
The carbon yarn packing ranges from 1/8 inches / 3.0mm to 1 inch / 25.5mm and contains 2lbs / 0.9kg to 10 lbs / 4.54kg pr. box.
