High pressure diaphragm pump

Wanner Hydra-Cell Q155 High pressure diaphragm pump is a quintuple plunger diaphragm pump. The plungers are driving the diaphragm by hydraulic principle. The benefit of this technology is that the plunger is not in direct contact with the pump liquid, as this can give excessive wear on the plungers and shorten the lifetime of the pump. It’s only the diaphragms that are in contact with the pump liquid, and these are available in different materials to make give the pump high chemical compatibility.

The plungers are immersed in oil which gives them optimal working conditions, this gives the plungers a lifetime of 10+ years. In Wanners product range the Q155 is placed between the T100 and the T200. Q155 High pressure diaphragm pump will replace any conventional plunger pump and give you lower maintenance cost and higher chemical compatibility. One sensational benefit of Wanner Hydra-Cell's technology is that the Q155 High pressure diaphragm pump can run dry indefinitely.

This means that there are several situations where a conventional pump would break down where the Q155 High pressure diaphragm pump will keep going like nothing happened. For conventional pumps the maintenance cost will usually exceed cost of a pump within few years. Maintenance cost is a focus point for Wanner when they develop new pumps. Q155 High pressure diaphragm pump is constructed for easy access to all service parts. Service of a Q155 High pressure diaphragm pump is east, fast and the service parts are cheap. Due to Wanner Hydra-Cell's technology, only oil, diaphragms and seals need to be replaced at normal service. Since the pump liquid is not in direct contact with the plungers the Q155 high pressure diaphragm pump will handle a much higher proportion of abrasive particles in the liquid being pumped. Pump housing is available in Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NAB), Duplex Alloy 2205, 316L Stainless Steel or Hastelloy CX2M.

Diaphragms and seals are available in FKM, Buna-N, Aflas or EPDM.
