The customer’s pump failed on Tuesday. We removed the pump and dismantled it in our workshop.
As spare parts were not available, we sourced suitable material and machined new components in-house. A new 100 mm Chesterton seal was installed from our stock.
The pump was then reassembled, pressure tested, and reinstalled at the site by Monday.
Total time spent: 40 hours. A detailed service report has been completed.
The customer was very satisfied with the result — and we truly appreciate jobs like this, where we can solve critical issues quickly and efficiently.
