Product description
A synthetic lubricating fluid of premium quality. This synthetic lubricating fluid is 100% synthetic and is exceptional to use as a wide temperature fluid. It is fully capable of working in temperatures ranging from -25℃ to over 270℃. These are temperatures of which petroleum-based lubricants will function, so the use of this wide temperature fluid will be of great value. The wide temperature fluid will therefore perform in drying and curing ovens, electric motors and high temperature oven chains.
The synthetic lubricating fluid is a phenomenal product and one that will improve reliability and reduce wear on your equipment. It is made to perform longer and better than other similar fluids. It will benefit the user by increasing productivity and reducing costs.
This synthetic lubricant is a great solvency fluid. Unlike other petroleum- based lubricants it will not carbonize, or create residue build-up. The solvency fluid will on the contrary work to disintegrate and remove several of the by-products created by other petroleum based lubricating fluids. The result is of great importance as it will let the equipment run smoother, by being cooler and therefore work more efficiently.
Due to the extreme pressure additives of this lubricating fluid it also has great wear characteristics and it will therefore minimize the need for equipment downtime and maintenance. Further on, additives also prevent corrosion and minimize friction, while others provides maximum lubrication. Compared to petroleum- based lubricants, the synthetic based products increases the user`s safety as there is a much higher flash point and much lower evaporation rate.
This makes this synthetic lubricating fluid a lot safer to use in for example hot applications. The synthetic fluid is also more readily biodegradable and not detrimental to the environment. The solvency fluid is easy to apply. You can either spray it or use a squirt oiler or and oil can with extended spout. The fluid can also be applied in an automatic lubrication equipment.
