The high quality Chesterton product ARC 855 is a coating used to protect metal against corrosion, protect metal against abrasion and protect metal against chemicals.
This ceramic reinforced coating will extend your equipment life and reduce the need for spareparts and also reduce the downtime. The ceramic reinforced coating we offer replace traditional coatings, special alloys, engineered plastics, ceramics and so on.
It is a benefit to use a ceramic reinforced coating with high adhesive strength that will protect metal, but also enhance safe use. With 100 % solids gives you a ceramic reinforced coating with no VOCs that will protect metal with no free isocyanates.
The product is easily applied by roller or brush, it is recommended a minimum of two coats. The ceramic reinforced coating can be used on a number of different applications areas such as valves, tanks and vessels, transport screws, waterboxes, hoppers, bins and silos, heat exchangers, impellers and blades and pump casings.
